Returning letter winners (starters): Five (three)

Top players: G Taylor Turney (So.), G Katey Roquemore (So.), G Mikayla Yeakel (Jr.), F Tabitha Winward (Sr.), G Gabby Doxtator (So.)

Outlook: The Falcons return five letter winners, four of those in the backcourt.

Turney averaged 16.7 points and four assists per game on her way to third-team all-state honors and likely will be the focal point of opposing teams’ defenses.

Getting increased production from Roquemore (5.8 ppg), Yeakel (5.7 ppg) and Winward (4.3 points, 4.2 rebounds per game) will only help.

“We have a young and talented backcourt,” Kruger said. “The Falcons look to challenge for a postseason berth.”
