Outlook: The Warriors made the playoffs for the first time in five seasons last year, but lost three of their starters from that team.
Ford-Wheaton is back after averaging 5.6 points and 6.0 rebounds per game, and Herrera scored 4.0 ppg last year.
"Our outlook is pretty optimistic with having a very young group and only two returning starters," Megown said. "We have two outstanding freshmen that will be a huge key to our success.
"My expectation is to continue to build this program and make the playoffs again this year."
