Berkley guides Mustangs past Cougars

Jack Berkley ran for three touchdowns and tossed a scoring pass in the first half as The Meadows routed host Laughlin 63-12 on Friday.

Adam Martinez returned two kickoffs for touchdowns, and Max Hisatake ran for a score and returned an interception for a TD for the Mustangs (3-2, 2-1 Division III Southern League).

Brock Prince also ran for a score, and J Yeager caught Berkley's TD pass for The Meadows, which led 42-6 at the half.

Tyler Furr threw two TD passes to Jeff Chamberlin for Laughlin (0-5, 0-4).
