Lucero tosses three TDs as Cougars beat Sundevils

Coronado's Kevin Lucero threw for 238 yards and three touchdowns Friday to lead the No. 10-ranked Cougars (4-2, 1-1 Southeast) to a 35-7 road win over Eldorado (1-5, 0-2).

Brock Taeubel hauled in two of those touchdown passes, and Derrick Keller caught the other. Taeubel also ran back the opening kick of the second half 94 yards for a score, and Keller added 133 yards rushing and a touchdown for Coronado.

Justin Brown ran for 118 yards, including a 2-yard touchdown, for Eldorado.
