GIRLS SOCCER: Schwenke, Diamondbacks edge Grizzlies

Kali Schwenke scored two goals Tuesday to help Desert Oasis’ girls soccer team to a 3-2 home win over Spring Valley.

Kayla Saucedo also scored a goal for the Diamondbacks, who led 2-1 at halftime.

Samantha Meyers and Daniela Rojas scored goals for the Grizzlies.

Eldorado 2, Silverado 1 — At Eldorado, Vanessa Sanabria and Cristal Mendoza scored first-half goals, and the Sundevils held off the Skyhawks.

Danielle Parven scored with 10 minutes remaining for Silverado.

Green Valley 0, Pahrump Valley 0 — At Green Valley, the Gators and Trojans played to a scoreless draw.

Kiaya Nauck posted the shutout for Parhump. Green Valley goalkeepers Kiyana Lopez and Cassandra Palor combined to blank the Trojans.

Foothill 4, Rancho 1 — At Foothill, Verondrea Austin scored twice, and teammate Kailey Plumlee added a goal and an assist to help lead the Falcons over the Rams.

Taylor Arteaga added a goal for Foothill.

Chanel Eliason scored for Rancho.

Liberty 4, Las Vegas 3 — At Las Vegas, four players scored to help the Patriots nip the Wildcats.

Sierra Sorensen, Hannah Johnson, Danisa Martinez and Tori Hollimon each had a goal for Liberty.

Adriana Domingo had two goals, and Mackenzie McCoy scored one for Las Vegas.

Clark 11, Adelson School 2 — At Adelson, Ariana Reyes had three goals and four assists to help the Chargers rout the Lions.

Darian Gambetta added three goals and Maggie Mora scored twice for Clark. Jennifer Martinez, Sonia Vazquez and Alyanna Harina each added a goal for the Chargers.

Kelsi Slee scored both goals for Adelson.
