Antwon Jackson, a burly 6-foot-7 throwback post player signed to Arkansas State, imposed his will on the Patriots en route to 26 points, 13 rebounds and a 69-47 victory for the home-standing Chargers (22-4).

Abraham Dolley’s goal with 12 minutes remaining in regulation broke a tie and helped Clark’s boys soccer team snag a 2-1 victory over Tech on Tuesday in the Desert Region quarterfinals at Bettye Wilson Park.
Nicholas held off hard-charging Massimiliano Swenson of Bishop Gorman to become Desert Oasis’ first region cross country champion. The Diamondbacks also won the boys region team title, another first in school history.
