Alyssa Tygh tossed three touchdowns and ran for a score to power Palo Verdes flag football team to a 27-20 road win over Cimarron-Memorial on Thursday.
Isis Triplett scored 25 points to help Shadow Ridge’s girls basketball team rally for a 68-65 road win over Palo Verde on Wednesday.
Tiarra Del Rosario threw for 279 yards and three touchdowns to help Cimarron-Memorial’s flag football team score 32 unansweredpoints and beat host Shadow Ridge 32-20 on Friday evening.
Hannah Ferrara had two goals and two assists, and Karissa Martinez and Sierra Vicente each had a goal and an assist to lead Arbor View’s girls soccer team to a 5-0 home win over Centennial on Wednesday night.
Arbor View’s Keith Williams led at the front of a pack of five runners early. Eventually, he managed to hold off PahrumpValley’s Bryce Odegard and Centennial’s Alexander Miller in the final quarter mile, putting in a good finishing kick to cross the line in 16 minutes and 13 seconds.
Hailey Stevenson and McKenzi Hall each shot 2-over-par 74 as Centennial’s golf team edged Palo Verde to win the team title in a Northwest League Match at Palm Valley on Tuesday.
Tjaeden Giles finished 3-0 in singles, and Basic’s girls tennis team topped host Silverado 10-9 on a tiebreaker on Monday.
