Skylar Davidson and Sam Sholeff went 3-0 in doubles on Thursday to help Bishop Gorman’s boys tennis team to a 13-5 win over visiting Desert Oasis in a Sunset Region semifinal.
Raul Saucedo went 2-0 in singles Tuesday to help Centennial’s boys tennis team to a 13-5 victory over visiting Durango in a Sunset Region quarterfinal.
The doubles teams of Miranda Sanders and Nina Dreyer, and Poleth Rodriguez and Sharrah Kenyon each went 2-0 on Wednesday as Mojave’s girls clinched the first postseason tennis berth in school history with an 11-5 win at Sierra Vista.
Ryan Pappas went 3-0 in singles Monday to help Silverado’s boys tennis team to a 10-8 win at Las Vegas.
The doubles team of Donovan Evangelio and Justin Lindsay won the final point of regulation to force a tiebreaker, and Faith Lutheran’s boys tennis team posted a 10-9 win at Spring Valley on Thursday.
Skylar Davidson went 3-0 in singles, and Joe Connors and Ian Dobberstein went 3-0 in doubles Wednesday to lead Bishop Gorman’s boys tennis team to a 15-3 win at Centennial in a Sunset Region semifinal.
Megan Lopez went 3-0 in singles Tuesday, and Silverado’s girls tennis team won four of six tiebreaker games to nip visiting Foothill in a Sunrise Region quarterfinal.
Nevin Ly, Ashton Arizmendez and Alec Kline each went 3-0 in singles Monday to lead Arbor View’s boys tennis team to a 13-5 win over visiting Legacy in a Sunset Region quarterfinal.
Chaitanya Ingle and Marcus Pasimio went 3-0 in doubles on Thursday as Clark’s boys tennis team secured the Sunset League title with an 11-7 win at The Meadows.
Del Sol’s boys tennis team swept nine doubles sets Tuesday en route to clinching the Sunrise League title with a 14-4 home win over Virgin Valley.
