Alexis Gourrier won three individual events Saturday to lead Centennial’s girls track and field team to the championship at the Skyhawk Invitational at Silverado.

Adrian Ojeda and fellow senior Robert Razo each won individual state titles at Star of the Desert Arena, helping Green Valley capture its fifth consecutive team championship at the Division I state wrestling tournament.

Centennial junior Karina Haymore won just two cross country meets all season.
Fortunately for Haymore, the second win came in the biggest race of the year.
Pahrump Valley’s Bryce Odegard recorded the day’s fastest time en route to winning the boys sophomore race of the Bud O’Dea Frosh-Soph Finals at Palo Verde on Tuesday.
