Clark had a pair of undefeated doubles teams on Tuesday as the visiting Chargers edged defending Class 4A state champion Palo Verde 10-8 in boys tennis.

Palo Verde’s Jack Trent earned medalist honors with a 5-under-par 66 at TPC Las Vegas on Tuesday, six strokes better than the second-place finisher, to carry the Panthers’ boys golf team to victory in a Northwest League match.
Hunter Martin singled to right-center field with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to score Trace Evans and give Basic’s baseball team a 9-8 home win over Coronado on Thursday.
