ROUNDUP: Gravely, Farrell help Centennial beat Longhorns
Billy Gravely and Thomas Farrell each won two individual events Thursday at Adelson School to lead Centennial’s boys swimming team to an 88-78 win over Legacy.
Gravely won the 100-meter butterfly in 1 minute, 7.81 seconds and the 100 backstroke in 1:09.87. Farrell captured the 200 individual medley in 2:34.5 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:21.36.
GIRLS
Centennial 114, Legacy 52 — At Adelson School, the Bulldogs used their depth to down the Longhorns.
Centennial swimmers and relay teams won eight of the 11 events.
