Kardashians light up Strip on New Year’s Eve

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby news wasn't the only hot topic during the New Year's celebration.

Bruce Jenner, patriarch of the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reality TV family, was notable by his absence amid persistent rumors of a marital split.

Kardashian last week called the divorce rumors "ridiculous."

Her mother, Kris Jenner, attended Kim's New Year's Eve countdown appearance at 1 Oak nightclub at The Mirage, but she wasn't talking.

Neither was West, who had let the pregnancy secret out the night before at a concert. The Kim and Kanye contingent arrived about 11:40 p.m. Monday, with Kardashian providing some brief interviews about her pregnancy.

Before counting down, Kardashian told the crowd, "I wish I could share a drink with you all, but I can't for a little while."

Joining the Kardashian group in the VIP section behind the DJ booth was Kim's best pal, Brittny Gastineau, Grammy winner John Legend and supermodel Chrissy Teigen, and former 'N Sync star Lance Bass and his boyfriend, underwear model Michael Turchin.
