Las Vegas police seek public’s help in finding two robbers

Las Vegas police asked the public for help Thursday in finding two men who robbed a business near the intersection of Charleston and Rainbow boulevards in the early morning on March 12.

During the robbery, both men entered the business together but separated as one approached the counter and pointed a gun at the clerk. The other walked behind the counter and punched another employee who was sitting down, then took money out of the business’ cash register while his partner took merchandise.

Both men fled the scene on foot after the robbery.

Witnesses described one robber as in his 20s, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a sweatshirt and carrying a handgun.

The other robber was described as in his 20s, about 6 feet tall and weighing 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark plaid sweatshirt and a blue scarf that covered his mouth and nose.
