North Las Vegas shooting victim identified
The woman killed in a North Las Vegas shooting Saturday has been identified by the Clark County coroner.
Denise Gray, 40, was shot in the leg outside the doorway of a house at 3867 Terrazzo Ave. early Saturday morning, police said.
Metro Lt. Kendell Bell said that police "received a call about a woman screaming for help" just after 2:30 a.m. Saturday. Responding officers found Gray in the doorway of the house suffering from a gunshot wound to her leg, a Metro news release said Saturday. She was transported to University Medical Center where she later died, police said.
Police do not have a suspect in custody.
