Nevada Army Guard demonstrates hoisting in North Las Vegas

Members of the Nevada Army Guard demonstrated a hoist mission from UH-72 Lakota helicopters Friday at the support facility by the North Las Vegas Airport.

The six Lakota helicopters are used to conduct search and rescue, medical evacuation, rescue hoist and disaster response missions assisting state and military officials.
