Escaped Ohio prisoner caught by police

LIMA, Ohio —The escaped Ohio prisoner, convicted of shooting and killing 3 high school students, has been apprehended by authorities, according to the LA Times.
“Fugitive T.J. Lane was apprehended Thursday night about five hours after he escaped from an Ohio prison, according to Ohio Highway Patrol,” latimes.com reports. “He was located not far from the Allen Correctional Institution, which he escaped from with other inmates around 5:30 p.m., according to authorities.”

According to Fox 8 Cleveland, “In March of 2013, Lane was sentenced to three life sentences for the murders of 16-year-old Danny Parmertor, 16-year-old Demetrius Hewlin and 17-year-old Russell King, Jr.”
