Pedestrian in critical condition after northeast Las Vegas crash

A pedestrian was left in critical condition Sunday after being struck by a vehicle in northeast Las Vegas, Metro said.

The pedestrian was walking outside of a crosswalk when hit by the vehicle near Lake Mead and Nellis boulevards at about 4:10 p.m., Metro Lt Jeff Goodwin said.

Police are still investigating the crash, Goodwin said.
