Competition is healthy in energy markets

I believe many of us have read all of the articles on the electricity choice initiative, yet there is still an unanswered question that should concern the voter. Is the solar industry still being subsidized by the American taxpayer?

I totally agree that competition is very healthy for the consumer. There must, however, be a level playing field so voters can make their own comparisons. I hope this will be addressed prior to voting.
