LETTER: Ghost guns and criminal penalties

If any law is broken and a “ghost gun” is used, the penalty should be adjusted upward. If the perpetrator was also the maker of the “ghost gun,” then the penalty should be adjusted upward again since the purpose of the gun was to commit a crime.

Make a car in your garage and it must be registered before road use. Make a gun for yourself, fine. But don’t transfer ownership.
