LETTER: How about desalination for California?

If 70 percent of California’s Colorado River water allocation goes to farmers in the Imperial Valley, Nevada should join California, Arizona, Mexico and the federal government to build up to four desalination plants on the Sea of Cortez. That would allow for the production of vital agricultural products, while lessening the burden on the Colorado.
