I support the city of Las Vegas’ new homeless ordinance. However, how is a homeless person to know whether there is space available at the shelter? What if they are making their way to the shelter and it becomes full before they get there? Does Metro plan on shuttling them (along with their shopping cart full of belongings) to the shelter? So many questions.
I am prompted to ask some questions about the degree of communication between our elected representatives and appointed members of government.
