LETTER: Native Americans and U.S. citizenship

I thought it was quite ironic when I read in the Review-Journal’s June 1 Almanac sidebar that President Calvin Coolidge granted full American citizenship to Native Americans born in the United States. Shouldn’t they have been the ones granting us U.S. citizenship?
