The Supreme Court did not end affirmative action. Giving preference to students from low-rated schools, economically depressed neighborhoods and families with only one parent are still legal and would include students of all races, thus fulfilling part of MLK’s dream of not judging students “by the color of their skin.”
Democrat prosecutors have constantly contested the president and his policies in court. Many of these frivolous court cases have been overturned or dismissed.
