As everyone looks for Stephen Paddock’s motive, I think he accomplished his goal. He wanted to be the mass shooter who killed and harmed the most people. He is talked about weekly, if not daily, and everyone — if not in the world, in the United States — knows who he is. I think fame was his motivation.
