PUC off base in Switch case

In response to your March 30 story “PUC says it should regulate Switch”:

Officials at the Nevada Public Utilities Commission need to learn how to read. Nobody with so much as a high-school education could read the legal definition of “utility” and reach the conclusion that a private company doing business as an internet service provider is a “public utility.”

Someone needs to investigate the motivation behind this frivolous nonsensical overreach.
