Penn State at Iowa: Nittany Lions coach James Franklin is on a 12-1 spread run with five straight covers away from Happy Valley. Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz is 6-7 as an underdog since 2014. Edge: Penn State.

North Carolina State at Florida State: North Carolina State is 3-1-1 vs. the line in the past five in the series. The Seminoles haven’t played since Sept. 2. Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher is 8-11 as Doak Campbell chalk since 2014. Edge: N.C. State.
