March 4, 2015 - 8:51 pm
The Las Vegas Outlaws will make five TV appearances in their inaugural season in the Arena Football League.
The league announced its TV schedule Wednesday, and CBS Sports Network will carry 14 regular-season games and two playoff games.
The network will televise the Outlaws’ season opener March 30 in Las Vegas against the San Jose SaberCats.
The league is also hyping its new “rock star rivalry” — pitting Las Vegas team owner Vince Neil of Motley Crue against Los Angeles Kiss owners Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. Both games of the series will be televised: May 4 in Las Vegas and July 18 in Los Angeles.
The Outlaws also will be on TV in Philadelphia on May 30 and in Spokane, Wash., on June 12.
