Jarret Stoll out on bond after Las Vegas arrest

Los Angeles Kings center Jarret Stoll released on $5,000 bond from Clark Country Dention Center after being arrested Friday in Las Vegas on suspicion of possession of drugs.

Las Vegas Police said Stoll was arrested at the Wet Republic pool at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Multiple reports indicated that he was charged with cocaine possession.

“We are aware of police reports out of Clark County, Nevada regarding Jarret Stoll,” the Kings said in a statement. “Our organization is concerned and has begun conducting a thorough internal investigation. While we continue to actively gather facts, we are withholding further comment at this time.”

Stoll, an unrestricted free agent, played for the Kings since 2008 and was a member of their Stanley Cup championship teams in 2012 and 2014. He also was with the Edmonton Oilers from 2002-08 and has 140 goals and 379 points in 792 career games.

“We are aware of the reports tonight and we obviously will follow up to understand the nature of the allegations that are being made,” NHL deputy commissioner Bill Daly told the Los Angeles Times. “We are not in a position at this time to comment further until we have more information.”

The 32-year-old Stoll is the boyfriend of Erin Andrews, a Fox Sports reporter and “Dancing with the Stars” co-host.
