Local billboards promote Patrick, LVMS race
Danica Patrick is scheduled to make her third start in the NASCAR Nationwide Series on Feb. 27 in the Sam’s Town 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The speedway is using her to promote the race with three billboards in the valley that feature her photo with the caption “See me take on the NASCAR guys ...”
On Thursday, the speedway announced a free contest at lvms.com that will pay a prize of $10,010 to one winner if she finishes 10th or better at Las Vegas. No purchase is necessary to participate in the “Danica’s Win-Ten-Ten” contest.
