Royals infielders combine for amazing play — VIDEO

The Kansas City Royals (61-38) have the the best record in the American League and show no signs of slowing down, winning their fourth straight game in Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Cleveland Indians.

Royals second baseman Omar Infante and shortstop Alcides Escobar teamed up to make an incredible play in the ninth inning to help preserve Kansas City's one-run lead.

On a ground ball up the middle by Roberto Perez, Infante gloved the ball on the shortstop side of second and quickly flipped the ball with his glove to Escobar, who made a barehanded grab in stride, spun and gunned out the runner at first.
