Texas softball catcher elbows 2 runners to the ground — VIDEO

It turns out Texas high school softball can be every bit as intense and violent as Texas high school football.

In two brutally dirty plays in the Texas 4A state softball title game, the Needville catcher blatantly elbowed Huffman runners to the ground as they tried to score.

With no play at the plate in either incident, the catcher clearly deserved to be ejected but umpires inexplicably missed both knockdowns.

In the end, a small measure of justice prevailed as Huffman won the state championship in a 6-4 victory.

Check out the video, especially the part where an incredulous fan says, “She did it again!”
