$2.85 million: Santana’s old house sells in Vegas
Last summer, Santana put his little Summerlin mansion up for sale for $3.5 million, because he bought a bigger “ultimate party pad” (a real estate writer’s lingo) next door for $6 million.
Well, Redfin.com reports Santana’ former little The Ridge mansion sold on Feb. 19 for $2.85 million.
Who bought it? No clue.
But the owners are getting a beautiful golf course spread of 7,241 square feet with four bedrooms, four fireplaces with a waterfall spa and a $334 HOA nut.
Oh and they get to live next door to Santana.
