CNN’s ‘Mean Girl’ host Carol Costello
If you have not caught CNN host Carol Costello treat the manhandling of Bristol Palin as if it were some kind of yuck-yuck SNL sketch, you really should.
It points out some incredibly poor judgment on the part of Ms. Costello and the CNN producers. What were they thinking?
It is beyond belief that she would treat any person that way, much the less the child of a political figure. Furthermore, I can guarantee you that CNN would not make fun of this exact same episode if it were a co-host’s daughter, or Chelsea Clinton or one of the Obama kids.
Ms. Costello and CNN deserve all the criticism they get for this lapse. Assault is not cool. It is not an opportunity to make fun. And you, Ms. Costello, are part of the problem. Shameful.
