D.R. Horton sets grand opening in Henderson

D.R. Horton’s Las Vegas Division is kicking off the holidays with the grand opening of Warm Springs Ranch. The Ho Ho Home Grand Opening Event is going on today from noon to 4 p.m. Come out and tour the six model homes. The builder will offer special grand opening pricing and incentives on your new-home purchase.

Take a photo with Santa, enjoy music, giveaways, drawings and prizes, hot chocolate and Christmas treats, then decorate your own mini-pine tree. Join the poker run and play your hand for a chance to win an iPad or join in the Christmas carols with the Green Valley High School Choir. There is plenty of open indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the day and all that is offered.

“We are very excited about this opening, the Henderson area has always been a hot spot and we’ve got a lot to offer with this new 200-home-site community,” said Ted Kraemer, Las Vegas sales manager.

Warm Springs Ranch is at the corner of Warm Springs and Gibson roads and offers 11 floor plans. Home plans range from 1,735 to 2,630 square feet and offer single- and two-story homes with pricing starting at $249,900. All homes include paved driveways and walkways adding to the curb appeal of this community.

“The long entry gives a relaxing vibe as you pull in, like you’re leaving the chaos outside as you enter,” said Jessica Rivera, a Las Vegas home shopper.

An affiliate of the homebuidler, DHI Mortgage has offices at 1081 Whitney Ranch in Henderson, NMLS No. 143413 and company NMLS No. 14622. The company will have representatives at the event to answer finance questions. For more information, visit dhimortgage.com/affiliate/.

A credit advocate from DHI Mortgage’s Home Buyers Club also will be on hand to help people enroll in the HBC program.

This is a no-cost program that requires no commitment to buy from the member. The DHI Mortgage Home Buyers Club does not guarantee to raise the credit score or guarantee loan approval. Credit counseling offered by the DHI Mortgage Home Buyers Club does not assure participants that they will qualify for, or successfully obtain, a home-mortgage loan. Participants are not required to finance their home purchase through DHI Mortgage or to purchase a home from DHI Mortgage’s affiliated builder, D.R. Horton, to enroll in the DHI Mortgage Home Buyers Club.

“Of course we hope to get you ‘credit worthy’ so you can purchase your new home, but you are by no means obligated. Our goal is to help you get your credit in order at no cost to you, period,” said Robert Francis, credit advocate for DHI Mortgage Home Buyers Club.

In May of this year, D.R. Horton was named America’s No. 1 Builder for the 12th consecutive year by Builder Magazine. Nationwide, the builder had more than 17,000 closings last year nationwide. The Las Vegas Division has more than 20 communities across the Las Vegas Valley with another eight scheduled to open this spring.
