Designs, oversized sites stir interest in The Crossings

With its second phase nearing completion and a third phase on the horizon, The Crossings by William Lyon Homes has caught the interest of homebuyers seeking a gated neighborhood with elegant single-story residences and oversized homesites measuring up to a half acre in the northwestern valley.

"Everyone who has visited has loved everything about The Crossings. Home shoppers like that The Crossings is a gated neighborhood of all single-story homes. The gated neighborhood features three floor plans measuring from 2,652 to 3,068 square feet and priced from $268,000.

To visit The Commons, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Decatur Boulevard, head north toward Grand Teton Drive and follow the signs.

The Fields offers two-story homes measuring from 2,210 to 2,723 square feet in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Priced from a high $183,000, homes offer as many as five bedrooms, 2 ½ or 3 baths and two-car garages. To visit The Fields, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Aliante Parkway and head north. Turn left on Elkhorn Road and the neighborhood is on the left.
