Central and South. House specialties include roast duck curry, sweet and sour fish, Thai barbecue chicken, garlic shrimp, choo chee salmon in thick red curry sauce, Flame Water spinach and kana moo grob (crispy pork with Chinese

broccoli). Entrees are prepared with a choice of chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, shrimp, scallops or tofu and feature curry (red, yellow, panang, green), ginger, eggplant, cashews, Thai chili paste and basil. Popular noodle and rice

dishes are pad Thai, drunken noodle (indicate choice of spiciness from 1 to 10), chow mein, rad nar (pan-fried flat noodles), sukiyaki, chicken or beef noodle soup and yen ta fo, a rice noodle soup with seafood. There are salads (beef,
