Dunhill ends year with special
Time is running out for home shoppers to receive one of Southern Nevada's best incentives of the year. Dunhill Homes' year-end special, offered through Dec. 31, provides new-home buyers at its Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village master plans with as much as $20,000 in incentives.

The builder offers 14 floor plans with dozens of options for personalization at Tuscany Village. Homes range from 1,215 to 2,683 square feet with prices starting at $129,990.

Standard features include gourmet cooking islands, granite countertops, beech wood cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances and Moen chrome faucets. Most also include the builder's oversized garages and signature valet, a place residents can sit and take off their shoes, store mail, hang keys, hang coats and store items they need when they arrive or depart their homes.

A select number of homes are available for quick move-in at Tuscany Village with numerous upgrades and special pricing per plan.
Among the quick move-in homes at Tuscany Village is a Roma 1810 model.
