Dunhill ends year with special

Time is running out for home shoppers to receive one of Southern Nevada's best incentives of the year. Dunhill Homes' year-end special, offered through Dec. 31, provides new-home buyers at its Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Village master plans with as much as $20,000 in incentives.

"This is without a doubt the best offer we have had this year, and there are just two weeks left to save up to $20,000 on your new home," said Marietta Manayan, sales agent at Dunhill Homes' Tuscany Village community in Henderson. The builder offers 14 floor plans with dozens of options for personalization at Tuscany Village. Homes range from 1,215 to 2,683 square feet with prices starting at $129,990.

A select number of homes are available for quick move-in at Tuscany Village with numerous upgrades and special pricing per plan.

Among the quick move-in homes at Tuscany Village is a Roma 1810 model.
