Dunhill offers incentives in Luxury for Less promotion

Through September 30, Dunhill Homes' Tuscany Village in Henderson and Rhodes Ranch in Southwest Las Vegas are providing new homebuyers with as much as $17,500 in incentives.

"This is an incredible savings on homes that are already priced to sell from $129,990," said Marietta Manayan, sales agent at Tuscany Village. "We have many single-story plans, which are very popular right now, in addition to two-story homes. With standard features like tankless water heaters, radiant-roof sheathing and even residential fire sprinkler systems, every home in Tuscany Village is beautiful, well-built and energy-efficient."

Energy efficiency has been one of the builder's greatest accomplishments in Southern Nevada. Dunhill's new floor plans in Tuscany Village and Rhodes Ranch are certified by both Energy Star and NV Energy's Energy Plus program

"They are the most energy-efficient we have ever designed with energy-efficient insulation, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital programmable thermostat, and dual pane low-e argon gas vinyl windows," said Ryan Soucie, sales director of Dunhill Homes. "Every home also includes less-known energy savers like air duct sealing, air flow control in and out of the home, maximum efficiency air-conditioning units and insulated walls."

"All this is offered standard so you can use your incentive toward fun things like options and upgrades," Manayan said. "The money can even be used towards closing costs if that is what you choose."

Among the popular and energy-efficient plans at Tuscany Village is the Roma 2173, a single-story home with 2,173 square feet, as many as four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

"This is one of our most flexible plans," Manayan said. "The owner's suite can be built with a private sitting room or that space can be used for a fourth bedroom or den. And both a two- or three-car garage is available. "

Both communities include 24-hour guard-gated entrances, championship golf clubs, a 35,000-square-foot recreation center and dozens of outdoor fitness opportunities.

"Complementing the savings of significantly lower energy bills, Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany have no LIDS (local improvement district) or SIDS (special improvement district) and no master plan fees," Soucie said.
