Eldorado has two Pardee neighborhoods

For the past two decades, Pardee Homes has been building residences in Eldorado, its master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

And the builder continues to offer new homes in the community, including LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge and the new Eldorado Heights.

The gated LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge neighborhood features four floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with features including great and bonus rooms and as many as seven bedrooms. Prices start from $221,450.

Pardee’s gated Eldorado Heights neighborhood features seven new floor plans that range from 2,385 to 4,241 square feet in one- and two-story designs with as many as seven bedrooms and as many as five baths. Floor plans include kitchen islands, game rooms and a four-car garage. Prices start from $259,950.

Eldorado Heights features Pardee’s new GenSmart Suite that provides a private entrance and living area to accommodate multiple generations that may be living together under one roof.

Pardee offers its optional 12-foot glider window package at the covered patio on select plans in both neighborhoods.

To reach LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge and Eldorado Heights, take the Las Vegas Beltway north to the Aliante Parkway exit. Travel south on Aliante Parkway to Deer Springs Road, turn left onto Deer Springs and travel east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right. The model homes and sales office are at 1788 Gentle Brook St.

Pardee’s exclusive LivingSmart brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, according to company officials.

LivingSmart provides more than 30 earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers, they said.

Through two new programs, Pardee is helping homebuyers.

Offered exclusively for Pardee home buyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer’s existing home for as long as three years.

Trough Pardee’s Homeward Bound program, prospective buyers receive expert assistance on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.

Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday. The sales offices will stay open until 6 p.m. beginning Sunday.
