Fox News co-host misses target in ax throw, hits drummer — VIDEO

A video has never before been so cringeworthy, and we all have Fox News co-host Pete Hegseth to thank for this nerve-wracking clip.

According to the Huffington Post, the video comes from a June 14 broadcast of “Fox & Friends” in an apparent “lumberjack contest.”

Here we see Hegseth attempting to throw an ax at a target. He brings the ax behind his back, swings it over his head, launches it and it clears the top of the target. Not even close.

Unfortunately, the failed throw doesn’t just end there.

The clip then cuts to a drumline playing behind the target area and we see the ax hit one of the U.S Army drummers.

The West Point drummer, Jeff Prosperie, was hit on his elbow and received a few cuts as the ax fell along his wrist, he writes in a Facebook post.

This is definitely the luckiest outcome, considering that the ax was double-sided and sharpened on both sides.

Yikes.
