Harmony Homes’ Daybreak prices start in the low $190,000s

Executives at Harmony Homes recently noted the popularity of its Daybreak community in the Sunrise Mountain area. Daybreak, which debuted this year, is already more than one-third sold.

Daybreak features two models and three floor plans ranging from 1,739 to 2,275 square feet, starting in the $190,000s. All three floor plans are two-story, and the 2,275-square-foot plan features an option for as many as five bedrooms.

“Buyers have been quick to purchase their dream homes in this community, and that’s not surprising since two of the models at Daybreak are based on floor plans that were extremely popular at our Parkside community,” Harmony Homes President Robert Beville said. “One of the things we’ve heard over and over from buyers is that they absolutely love the stunning views of the Las Vegas Valley from Daybreak.”

Daybreak is near a variety of outdoor amenities, such as the Royal Links and Stallion Mountain Golf Clubs, Hollywood Regional Park, the Clark County Wetlands Park and the Sunrise Trailhead, which links to the River Mountains Trail Loop.

“The recreational options in the Sunrise area are outstanding, and the community is also conveniently located to everyday amenities like schools, shopping and restaurants,” Beville said. “Daybreak is ideal for those buyers who want the convenience of the city along with the beauty of Southern Nevada’s great outdoors.”

Features at Daybreak include sleek granite countertops, eye-catching paved driveways, and open floor plans. Two of the models at Daybreak are based on floor plans that were popular at the builder’s Parkside community, he said.

All three of Daybreak’s floor plans feature upstairs laundry rooms and oversized master bedrooms. Residence 1836 was designed with a courtyard at the front of the home.

“Harmony Homes is known for quality and attention to detail, and with these homes, we’ve really been able to use unique design to lend a feeling of luxury and space that you usually don’t see at this price point,” Beville said. “Touches like the oversized islands in our gourmet kitchens really work for the way today’s families live, and savvy buyers have taken notice.”

Additionally, all homes built by Harmony Homes are part of the builder’s five-star energy certification, which includes energy-efficient features such as radiant barriers to help reduce heat transfer through the roof and attic; low-e windows that help reflect heat away from the glass; vinyl window frames for superior insulation; and 13 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating heating, ventilation and cooling systems that hold the government-recommended 13 rating and use less energy per unit. Homes also feature sealed ducts and upgraded insulation to help reduce energy consumption.

Beville said Harmony Homes has sold more than 1,300 homes since it was formed in Southern Nevada in late 2008.

It offers 11 neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada, with one- and two-story homes priced from the $150,000s and ranging from 1,479 to 4,671 square feet. It also offers two new communities in Southern California.

Sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on Monday, when they open at noon. For more information, call 702-527-7700, or visit www.harmonyhomes.com.
