Harmony Homes opens The Fields
September 24, 2010 - 11:00 pm
Harmony Homes debuted in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas with the grand opening of its newest neighborhood -- The Fields.
The Fields features six floor plans, ranging from 2,211 to 3,192 square feet and offering as many as four bedrooms and 2½ baths. Prices start from the high $100,000s.
"Residents of The Fields will enjoy the convenience of having all that they need nearby, with a grocery store and drugstore, restaurants, movie theater, elementary and middle schools, parks, a public library and gaming all within the Aliante community," said Michelle Woodruff, director of marketing for Harmony Homes.
"The 20-acre Nature Discovery Park is particularly impressive. The playground area incorporates a creative dinosaur-theme and includes separate play areas for toddlers and older kids, plus a water spray-and-splash area. Paved walking trails connect this park to a man-made pond, open grassy areas and soccer fields, other picnic areas, an outdoor amphitheatre, as well as the Aliante library," Woodruff said.
The public Aliante Golf Club is located near Aliante Station Hotel and Casino.
The master-planned community includes more than 1,900 acres and is intersected by Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, offering access to Interstate-15 and U.S. Highway 95.
To visit The Fields, take I-215 to Aliante Parkway. Head north on Aliante, turn left on Elkhorn Road and then another left into neighborhood.
The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday, when it opens at noon.
The builder offers 15 neighborhoods with single- and two-story homes ranging from 1,306 to over 4,265 square feet and priced from the $90,000s. All new homes come with Harmony Homes' warranty that covers all components for two years and the home's structure for 10 years. For more information, visit HarmonyHomes.com.
