Two-story homes in the gated community of Capistrano at Vista Cielo by Harmony Homes features open floor plans with prices starting at $123,000.

"The kitchens open up to the rest of the home, making it a great place for families to cook dinner together or host get-togethers with friends," said Kathy Isom, sales agent at Capistrano.

Capistrano offers three models with second-story laundry rooms, expanded walk-in closets and optional rooms. Residence Two, measuring 1,462 square feet, offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths, great room and an optional loft.

Residence Three, measuring 1,725 square feet and Residence Four, measuring 1,783 square feet, offers homebuyers the option to choose a den or full bedroom downstairs. In Residence Three, homebuyers can choose from a master retreat, additional bedroom or loft.
