Harmony to showcase new model at Parkside
This weekend, Harmony Homes will show off a new home model at its neighborhood Parkside at Centennial Springs in the northwestern valley.
"Parkside is designed around a beautifully landscaped community park offering residents a picnic area and playground just outside of their doorsteps," said Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for the company. "The neighborhood is also within walking distance to a unique commercial center, a small-town main street area aligned by shops and restaurants."
Additionally, the neighborhood's location near Farm Road and Highway 95 has access to city parks, schools, a public library, a YMCA, hospital, the Las Vegas Beltway and the Centennial Hills Transit Center.
This weekend, Parkside is featuring its newest model -- a 1,665-square-foot home with three bedrooms and a loft.
"We are excited to introduce this new model because today's homebuyers are seeking a good functional home design at a low price. This is a great new floor plan in an already great neighborhood at a great starting price from the $130,000s," Gorman said.
Three additional floor plans are available. Measuring from 1,559 to 1,836 square feet, each offers three bedrooms, an optional fourth bedroom and 2½ baths. A limited number of oversized home sites remain. Prices start from $129,900.
"Home shoppers have been very impressed by the functionality and the uniqueness of Parkside's home designs. They are diverse and well thought out, so that our homes meet the needs of many different buyers," said sales agent Ray Abraham.
"Buyers are amazed by all of the features that are included in their home. At Parkside, each home includes granite countertops, 9-foot ceilings on both floors and separate tubs and showers in the master suites."
The homes have met the requirements for Energy Star certification and include a 13-SEER-rated air conditioning unit, low-e windows, programmable thermostat and tankless water heater.
"There's just so much value already included that most buyers do not feel the need to purchase extra upgrades. Additional options are available, allowing each buyer the opportunity to put their own personal touch on their new home," Abraham said.
The neighborhood is participating in the builder's valleywide FREEdom Program, offering homebuyers $10,000 worth of incentives that may be used for options, closing costs or lot premiums.
To visit Parkside at Centennial Springs, take Interstate 95 north to the Durango Drive, exit and turn right. At the first stoplight, turn right on Farm Road/El Capitan Way. Turn right on Tule Springs Road and then right on Orly Avenue, following the signs.
The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
The Las Vegas-based builder offers 14 additional neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley where single- and two-story homes range from 1,462 to 4,900 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s.
Through the builder's limited-time FREEdom Program, homebuyers will receive up to $25,000 in credit to create their own incentive package, the amount dependent upon the neighborhood. Visit neighborhood sales offices for details.
Harmony Homes is also constructing homes at the recently opened Bilbray Ranch in Laughlin, as well as in California and Texas.
