Harmony unveils incentives

Harmony Homes is offering incentives during the Labor Day weekend in its 15 neighborhoods as part of its brand-new Live in Perfect Harmony campaign.

The builder offers qualified buyers the opportunity to combine up to $12,500 in savings and 2½ percent in closing costs.

"Harmony Homes is offering some amazing incentives at all 15 of our communities through our limited-time 'Live in Perfect Harmony' promotion," said Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for Harmony Homes.

"One aspect is that if you use one of our handful of preferred lenders, Harmony Homes will cover the standard closing costs, something that buyers often have to pay with other builders and certainly if they were to purchase a short-sale or foreclosure. This is just one cost that home buyers can avoid by choosing Harmony Homes," he said.

"Additionally, we are offering other incentives and credits worth as much as $12,500 at select neighborhoods that will allow you to personalize your home. You could use the incentive dollars at our design center for design upgrades or for an appliance package. It is your choice."

Buyers also benefit from the builder's features and the opportunity to choose options during the building process.

The gated Bella Fiore neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson features two single-story floor plans, measuring 2,307 and 2,593 square feet and priced from the $290,000s.

Three neighborhoods are featured in the eastern valley -- Las Rosas, Summit at Sunrise Highlands and Talus at Sunrise Highlands -- where single- and two-story designs with as many as five bedrooms range from 1,504 to 3,754 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s.

Harmony Homes is currently constructing three neighborhoods in the southwestern valley.

Located within the Summerlin master-planned community is Ladera Terrace, a two-story neighborhood with homes ranging from 2,320 to 2,622 square feet and priced from the mid-$240,000s. In the master-planned community of Mountain's Edge, the Alpian Meadows and Rivendell neighborhoods offer residences measuring 2,735 to 4,035 square feet and priced from the $230,000s.

The gated Stone Haven neighborhood in the southern valley features five floor plans ranging from 1,312 to 1,667 square feet and priced from the $140,000s.

In the northwestern valley, homes within the Harmony Heights and Harmony Springs neighborhoods measure from 1,616 to 2,708 square feet and are priced from the $150,000s.

Five neighborhoods are offered in North Las Vegas -- Harmony Pointe, Harmony Sands, Avalon at Vista Cielo, Capistrano at Vista Cielo, and Laguna at Vista Cielo. Homes within these neighborhoods range from 1,462 to 3,134 square feet and are priced from the $120,000s.

Harmony Homes is locally owned and operated by a builder with 20 years experience. All new homes come with Harmony Homes' warranty that covers all components for two years and the home's structure for 10 years.
