Harmony’s Silhouette brings selection of home styles to southwest valley

As Southern Nevada continues to see a strong demand for new homes, Harmony Homes offers buyers a selection of floor plans and options at its Silhouette community in the southwest valley.

Near the intersection of South Fort Apache and Blue Diamond roads, Silhouette offers six models and nine two-story floor plans ranging from 1,706 to 2,939 square feet. Prices start in the low $220,000s.

“Silhouette has been an extremely popular community, and buyers are telling us that they love the amazing location, and they’re so happy about the wide selection of floor plans we offer,” Harmony Homes President Robert Beville said. “Now is a great time to buy. We’ve seen a steady growth in home prices in Southern Nevada but these homes are still very affordable, and interest rates are still low.”

The neighborhood is close to schools, churches, parks and shopping, as well as the 215 Beltway. Additionally, Silhouette is a short drive from several of Southern Nevada’s most popular outdoor attractions, including Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Spring Mountain Ranch State Park, Bonnie Springs and the new Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas water park.

“One of the best things about Silhouette is the incredible location, which offers all the beauty and adventure of this region’s world-class outdoors, with all the convenience of being in the heart of the city,” Beville said. “Silhouette is one of the very few locations in town where in a matter of minutes you can either be enjoying the Old West atmosphere of Bonnie Springs, or you could just as easily savor the shopping, entertainment and restaurants at Town Square or on the Las Vegas Strip.”

The community also is close to shopping and dining in the South Fort Apache Road, South Durango Drive, South Rainbow Boulevard and West Warm Springs Road corridors, and is near Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, Spanish Trail Country Club and Southern Highlands Golf Club.

“With Silhouette, we really wanted to create a community that works for everyone, from the first-time buyer to the large family to the empty nesters who are ready to downsize while still enjoying plenty of room for entertaining and family gatherings,” Beville said. “Buyers absolutely love touring our six models and seeing all we have to offer, and they appreciate that we have three additional floor plans to choose from in order to create their dream home.”

Home features include granite countertops, paver driveways and open floor plans. All offer second-floor loft spaces and many have upstairs laundry rooms. Other features include dual master bedroom closets and an option for as many as six bedrooms in the 2,799-square-foot plan.

Harmony Homes was included in Builder magazine’s 2012 Builder 100 recognizing the nation’s best-selling homebuilders. The company has sold more than 1,300 homes since it was formed in Southern Nevada in late 2008, according to company officials. It offers 11 neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada, with one- and two-story homes priced from the $150,000s and ranging from 1,479 to 4,671 square feet. It also offers four communities in Texas and two in Southern California.

Sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except on Monday, when they open at noon. For more information, call 702-201-1955 or visit www.harmonyhomes.com.
