Majority Leader Harry Reid took a calculated risk this week when he let turncoat Sen. Joe Lieberman keep his scalp and committee status this week. The left wanted blood. What it got was the kind of moderation that seems so foreign to Washington these days. Daily Kos bashed the Searchlight Senator but good.
