How does a homeless man spend $100? — VIDEO

A Youtube prankster got the surprise of a lifetime after giving a homeless man $100.

Josh Paler Lin, the self proclaimed “craziest Asian prankster alive,” decided to give a homeless man some cash and followed him to see where he spent his money.

Expecting to catch the man abusing the charity, Lin and his cameraman film the homeless man walking out of a liquor store with several bags.

In a most unexpected turn of events, however, it is revealed that the man bought food and begins handing it out to the other homeless people within the surrounding area.

In talking to the man afterward, Lin finds out that the man’s name is Thomas. He became homeless after being forced to quit work to take care of his sick parents, both of which passed away.

Lin has since started an Indiegogo fund to get a fresh start for Thomas, which has already reached $33,000.
