Gaudin Motor Co., the exclusive Jaguar and Porsche dealership of Southern Nevada, recently announced that the two luxury brand nameplates tied in the top tier of excellent reviews at J.D. Powers' 2012 Initial Quality Satisfaction Awards.
Thousands of new owners reported outstanding satisfaction with the quality of these cars.
"The owners were asked about their initial ownership experience," said Gaudin General Manager Jim Mooradian. "This award is further testimony of the huge investment both Jaguar and Porsche have made in quality control and product training from the factory to the dealership."
Gaudin also has the distinction of having more nationally ranked Top 10 service, sales and parts staff than any other dealership in the nation.
Since 1997, Gaudin shop foreman Dane Husted has won Jaguar's top technical prize, a record seven times. Porsche Service Ambassador Paul Molina has earned the highest level of Porsche client satisfaction for the past five years.
"The inclusion of free scheduled service in the Jaguar 4/50 Platinum Warranty has increased brand loyalty to new heights," Mooradian continued, "and Porsche continues to offer the highest quality, limited production luxury vehicles in the world. We are proud to have both brands under our roof."
