Many valley residents have already found their dream homes at KB Home’s Inspirada communities, and with the new designs and options premiering this month, home shoppers are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities for home-

The Monet Town Homes collection, for example, showcases three new professionally decorated model homes . The two-story townhomes have as many as four bedrooms and 2½ baths, and offer numerous Built to Order options so that they can be personalized to fit each person’s style and taste. Prices begin in the mid-$100,000s.

There’s also a new model home at the builder’s Renoir Garden Homes collection. The two-story home designs feature great rooms, front porches and a first-floor bedroom option. There are four floor plans available in this collection, ranging in size from 1,745 to 2,351 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. Prices start in the high $100,000s.

KB Home’s newest village at Inspirada will offer 11 new floor plans, including single-story options and designs with as many as seven bedrooms.
